Log into your Aquafun.in account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is unused, unwashed, and has all original brand tags attached; place the item securely in its original packaging.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide you with a pickup acknowledgment receipt.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement will be shipped.
